Thursday 3 November, 10:00 - 12:00, online
Join Environmental Funders Network for this workshop to explore practical approaches to collaboration and collective action that can help environmental funders increase their shared impact.
The workshop will be led by Nick Stanhope, a founder, designer and strategist who works with non-profit and funder teams that are exploring new ways of doing things and seeking to work equitably, play their best role alongside others and maximise their impact.
This will be an energetic, creative and practical session, during which we will:
- Explore the rationale and motivations for greater collaboration and collective action
- Work through a series of inspiring models and principles for collaborative and collective approaches
- Share past experiences of different collaborative approaches and any learnings from these
- Work together on a creative exercise that helps you match your current needs, challenges and ambitions with collaborative and collective approaches
You’ll come away equipped with practical ideas for relevant collaborative and collective approaches, starting points for making progress and ways to introduce and explore these with colleagues and partners.
