Join us on a journey to explore the fascinating diversity of life and habitats present in the UK Overseas Territories (UKOTs), understand the threats they face and how individual and collective action could radically improve the system of support for the people and organisations working there.
This is the fourth event of the UK Overseas Territories Learning Series. It will be a dinner on Monday 2 December, 18:00-21:00, Lantana, Shoreditch, London, EC1Y 1HQ. Please RSVP via email by 20 November
This event will offer an opportunity to connect with other funders and enjoy insights from inspiring speakers (to be announced soon). We will present findings from a new review on the UKOTs Fund (a collaborative pooled fund led by John Ellerman Foundation that has distributed nearly £2m of environmental funding to the UKOTs to date) and explore how it can further benefit the UKOT communities going forward. With a clear need for continuation of the UKOTs Fund, we hope to welcome new funders to this collaboration – a conversation we are excited to initiate at this event. Expect an engaging evening with delicious food, stimulating conversation and excellent company. If you cannot make it, you are welcome to invite a colleague in your stead but please note, this event is designed for funding organisations and individuals only, to allow for peer-to-peer sharing and learning.
