What we've learnt: celebrating six years of The Listening Fund

Since early 2018, The Listening Fund has been investing in organisations' capacity to listen to young people. We've tried to make grants which have given partners more time, resources and skills to explore what effective listening looks like in their context, and we feel very lucky to have worked with over 30 brilliant organisations from across England.

The Fund is closing at the end of 2024 and this event in October is an opportunity to both celebrate and share what we've learnt. Partners and funders alike will be offering their insights into how to establish meaningful listening within an organisation, the challenges they overcame, and the ones they're still wrestling with. We hope it will be a valuable event for colleagues involved in delivering listening work, or designing listening work, or creating strategies which incorporate listening work.
